How do you feel when a teammate interrupts you with a question or concern?(Required)

I want people to come to me with questions or concerns even if it prevents me from doing other work.

I want people to feel comfortable coming to me so long as they respect my time.

It depends. Sometimes it's annoying, sometimes it's OK.

I get things done. Unfortunately that means I'm not always available.

I stay out of the personal lives of my team - it blurs lines and makes them uncomfortable.

I know the minimum amount necessary, mostly for my longer term people.

What do you think about suggestions from your teammates?(Required)

A lot of "suggestions" are really just complaints. I tell people to bring me solutions.

I rarely get suggestions and don't find most of them very valuable.

Suggestions are fine, but most people don't make them.

I really encourage suggestions and if I don't agree with one I try to figure out if I'm missing something.

I strongly encourage suggestions even if some of them aren't very good.

What do you do when someone comes to you with a personal problem?(Required)

I always try to balance the work requirements with the personal situation and whenever possible try to accommodate the request.

Some people say I'm inconsistent, but I do everything I can to accommodate personal requests.

I try to keep out of people's personal situations as much as I can, but if I can't I try to work something out.

I don't like hearing about personal issues, but it's part of my job and I deal with it.

We all have personal issues outside work - my job is to make sure the work gets done.

If a teammate asks you to check on something minor and you are really busy, how important is it to get back to them?(Required)

I follow up even if it's a waste of time. People want to know they can rely on me.

I almost always follow up, even if it is a few days later.

I probably get back to them about half the time.

People understand if you don't get back to them on every little issue.

I don't make it a big priority. They know I'm busy and don't expect me to babysit.
