The CWA recently released a very interesting piece of web-based “preemptive” campaign literature all employers should study. This is an interactive online twist to one of the typical tactics organizers use to attempt to counter a management counter-organizing campaign.

Not much new here, and it does make the same classic mistake bad management-side consultants and attorneys often make of characterizing the other side as idiots or evil. That works sometimes, but not when the other side is good (we love it when this stuff comes out). Still worth a look - this is the best implemented version of this material we’ve seen.
