A very interesting blog post in the WSJ follow up on a couple of points I made late last week about the new BLS numbers. Not only is private sector union membership down, but for the first time more than half of all union members now work for the government. This further skews the numbers that supposedly show how great it is to be a union member. But then union organizers have never let the facts get in the way of a good story.
