I wanted to drop you a line to let you know about the terrific job Joe Brock and LRI did for our employees. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and has great interpersonal skills that allow him to genuinely connect with employees at all levels. Our facilities mechanics and custodians were so appreciate of his work and the information he shared that he received many hugs, handshakes and thank yous on the last day.
