I’m so sick of watching this on TV that I’m not going to comment on it now, but some of the more interesting posts about the Pistons-Pacers fight this week can be found here and here where you can read the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement. Looks like Stern is in a relatively strong position, although it will be interesting to see how the definition of the “court of play” is interpreted by the arbitrator (hat tip law prof blog).
