Yesterday the Wall Street Journal discussed the recent proposal to reverse the 75-year old voting process under the Railway Labor Act in this article. The Journal notes that the two new appointees from the Obama administration are former Presidents of the Pilot Union and the Flight Attendant Union. Pay close attention. As we’ve mentioned before, this is a preview of what is likely to happen at the NLRB if the recent Obama appointees approved, especially if EFCA can’t get the 60 votes needed in 2010.
