It’s been a busy week in Washington! First, the DOL/OLMS announced it was proposing rule changes to the “advice” exemption in persuader reporting (see our webinar on this topic HERE), and the next day the NLRB announced its decision to move toward what it calls “streamlined elections.” NLRB member Brian Hayes, the lone dissenter to this board action, suggests that this will ultiimately lead to an election cycle of 10-21 days.Don’t wait for the other shoe to drop! On this webinar, you will:
- Get a complete rundown of the numerous changes proposed by the NLRB;
- Discover how the proposed changes lay the groundwork for 10-14 day elections;
- Learn how to comment on the proposed rules, including sample
comments you can use;
- Find out other strategies you should employ immediately to help stop
the rules from taking effect
