The NLRB just made its first decisions of cases that were returned to them through Federal Courts of appeals. This is due to a Supreme Court ruling that the Board was not authorized to decide cases with only two-members (Chairman Wilma Liebman and Member Peter Schaumber). Hundreds of cases were allowed to be closed through compliance, but dozens still sit in limbo.
