Extremely well written! Concise, pragmatic, useful data. One of the best 'book reviews' and actionable advice I've read in quite a while!!! THANK YOU!!!

Superb structure and content advisory for the LM avalanche approaching. I particularly liked the tripwire commentary and redirection to the Jump team. Then there are those masterful remarks in the communications tips, especially the employee-centric point.. Liked the set up to the toxic employee in a compressed time period...should be appealing to most managers.

New NLRB Decisions

nlrb1 New NLRB DecisionsThe NLRB just made its first decisions of cases that were returned to them through Federal Courts of appeals.  This is due to a Supreme Court ruling that the Board was not authorized to decide cases with only two-members (Chairman Wilma Liebman and Member Peter Schaumber).

Click here to see a database of the two member Board cases that were contested, along with links of documents surrounding the cases. Hundreds of cases were allowed to be closed through compliance, but dozens still sit in limbo.

The NLRB decision to allow Union solicitation papers on property belonging to the employer without reprisal is an infringement on the rights of employers. This is another freedom lost because of the Socialistic politicians in power at this time. The American people are not aware of the power of Unionism and how it causes prices to skyrocket and Union leaders a free pass to steal from the membership. Congress should over rule the NLRB on this ruling.
