The NLRB just made its first decisions of cases that were returned to them through Federal Courts of appeals. This is due to a Supreme Court ruling that the Board was not authorized to decide cases with only two-members (Chairman Wilma Liebman and Member Peter Schaumber).

The NLRB decision to allow Union solicitation papers on property belonging to the employer without reprisal is an infringement on the rights of employers. This is another freedom lost because of the Socialistic politicians in power at this time. The American people are not aware of the power of Unionism and how it causes prices to skyrocket and Union leaders a free pass to steal from the membership. Congress should over rule the NLRB on this ruling.
