Lets face it, contracts are needed now more than ever in order to protect your investment in your company. In the world we live in, nobody is going to give you anything unless you legally bargain for it, and you can’t bargain unless you unionize. you send your kids to school expecting them to get a quality education, the teachers are union members. You dial 911 in an emergency & the police show up within minutes(thanks union member). Your in the hospital in excruciating pain in the middle of the night, so you press the button to get more medicine for pain. The nurse shows up within seconds(thanks union member). You put your kids on a plane to fly across the country praying the pilot keeps them safe(thanks union member). Wake up Americans! It’s time to get our respect back!
