You should be aware that the SEIU has won a major victory in North Carolina. Even though our State law prohibits agreements, written or verbal, between our public agencies and labor unions, the Governor of North Carolina signed an Excutive Order (#45) giving the SEIU, and its local representing public employees, collective bargaining rights even though our public employees were not given the right to vote on such representation. The same order gives the union access to government facilities to recruit members and distribute literature. Sounds like pay back for PAC contributions.
