In Port Arthur Texas you’ve got to keep a close eye on your campaign signs. Following that time-honored IBEW tradition of “if you don’t agree with them, silence them,” workers in an IBEW truck pulled up signs of a candidate they apparently are not supporting this November WITHIN 5 MINUTES of the signs being put in the ground (and in plain view of the campaign volunteers who placed them). I’ll reserve comment about the uncommon efficiency of this operation, but luckily the authorities were able to force the perpetrators to replace them.
