IAM Loses Election to Represent Delta Technicians

The International Association of Machinist and Aerospace Workers (IAM) lost an election to represent Delta Air Lines Simulator Technicians.  This is a major loss for the IAM who is trying to organize most of Delta’s ground personnel following the Delta-Northwest merger.  The new Delta is now the largest airline in the world and the IAM who represented the majority of the former Northwest ground personnel stand to lose more than 25 thousand current and potential members.

    Who funds your anti-labor activities?
What is the real agenda of your financial backers?
It is cowardly to hide behind a glitsy website.
    Jesus was a union organizer.

For the record, our “anti-labor” activities are funded by our clients. Their agenda is to continue their direct relationship with their employees, create positive and productive work environments, and avoid negotiating over critical details of their business with a bunch of knuckleheads who couldn’t run a lemonade stand (or its rough equivalent, a labor union). Thanks for the compliment about the website. Maybe I’ve read the wrong translations of the Bible, but while I remember the part where Jesus was a carpenter, I don’t recall the verse talking about him carrying a union card.

C’mon admin…get with it. Everybody knows that Jesus was a member of the building trades, but what is little known is that this was only a temporary position because he was laid off from his regular gig at the SEIU. Apparently, rumor has it that his claim of “super-seniority” was denied because he had become a threat to Andy Stern (affectionately known as “POntious” to his closest friends)
ironically, all of this time has passed and he still apparently has recall rights.
At least that’s what I read on the internet.

Put the blasphemy aside please! Jesus came to this earth and was a carpenter. He was a laborer NOT a manager! He did this to demonstrate the value of us as humans and how we should treat each other as fellow human beings. He did not exault himself even though He is the Son of God. I’m a Christian and a union member and I follow His example!
