Here’s what others are saying about LRI..
As a current target of a union organizing campaign, I highly value this site to provide me any new information regarding the Card Check Bill or anything that could be of value in combating what is unquestionably the most undemocratric and biased procedure and battle I have ever encountered. Representing oneself is difficult enough and I appreciate all that the LRI does.

Hi Phil, I would like to thank your team on our recent victory over
the IAFF in our election on Friday. We won with about 2/3 of the votes in
our favor. I could not have done it without the great work of Scott.
He got to the root of the problem almost immediately and got me headed in
the right direction. Thanks again for your expert help.

I wanted to drop you a line to let you know about the terrific job LRI and your consultant did for our employees. He was extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and has great interpersonal skills that allow him to genuinely connect with employees at all levels. Our facilities mechanics and custodians were so appreciative of his work and
the information he shared that he received many hugs, handshakes and thank yous on the last day. He also left management with a lot to think about and a road map of what needs to be done differently.
Our employees ultimately voted to overwhelmingly defeat the Teamsters 43-no to 3-yes that allows us to continue to work directly with our employees in their best interest giving the us the opportunity to make things right. You consultant was a great partner to HR as well, collaborating on the strategy and actions needed to make the union campaign a success.
Thank you again for the great service. I would welcome the opportunity to be a reference for LRI at anytime.

Always enjoy reading the latest and greatest posts and activity updates. This is a 'favorite' site for me and has been referred to several colleagues involved in and who want to learn about labor relations.

I just wanted to take a moment and personally thank you for lending us your
expertise and hard work in helping [Company Name Withheld] remain Union-Free. You were instrumental in helping me stop the Teamsters, who had been previously batting 1000 against [Company Name]; winning several elections against this past year. With a resounding 50% margin of victory, I believe we sent them a clear message that we intend to remain union-free.

This is a great resource. This site is used by me before any other resource. Information availability is plentiful and extremely useful. I consider this site as a must have in HR tool kits.
— M. Willard
Superb structure and content advisory for the LM avalanche approaching. I particularly liked the tripwire commentary and redirection to the Jump team. Then there are those masterful remarks in the communications tips, especially the employee-centric point.. Liked the set up to the toxic employee in a compressed time period...should be appealing to most managers.
— W. Moyer
I think you provide excellent resources to us employers, especially those of us that are seriosly concerned about potential unionization efforts at our organizations.
— F. Fernandez
Extremely well written! Concise, pragmatic, useful data. One of the best 'book reviews' and actionable advice I've read in quite a while!!! THANK YOU!!!
— D. Harris
I saw this video at a recent seminar on union avoidance and it scared me to realize how easily employees could be "convinced" to sign a union card.

Easy to move around. Links work as identified
Easy to navigate and very informational
great to be able to get good information to educate employees
thank you for providing the truth about unions.
I am delighted to inform you that I was successful in our decertification against AFSCME Council 5, St. Paul, MN. This was a grass roots effort by three employees of Anoka County who felt we did not need union representation. I believe we were successful because of the valuable esource of LRI. Please feel free to share this with your staff. I would be happy to speak with anyone from LRI if it would be helpful.
