LRI Comics
>>> Click Here to Learn How to Build Your Comic Strip <<<To create your own comic, simply follow the following steps:- Choose two characters by clicking the radio button under each character you want to use. Pick one character for the left side of
each frame and one for the right side of each frame (each comic has only two characters).
- Enter the words each character says in the boxes under where you selected your characters. The set of boxes on the left are for the
left-hand character, the set of boxes on the right are for the right-hand character. For example, the top box on the left and the top
box on the right will be what the characters say to each other in the first frame of the comic. A character doesn't have to say something in every frame.
- When you are done with the dialogue enter a "title" for the strip (this will show up in the top of your comic strip). When you are
ready to preview your comic strip hit the "submit" button (don't worry, your comic isn't actually posted on the site until after you
complete the next step).
- After you submit the comic you are taken to a page where you can preview your completed comic. If you like the comic, enter a title for
the post (this can be the same as the title on the comic) and, if you want, a "post description" to go under your comic. If you want to
change your comic, just hit the "back" button and you'll go back to the comic building area. You won't have to start from scratch - it
will remember what you entered before.
- If you are ready to post your comic to the site, hit the submit button at the bottom of the comic preview page. Note that your comic
will be reviewed before it is actually visible on the site. We will not post any comic that we find offensive or vulgar (don't worry, that
bar is pretty low).
