LRI will conduct our pulse employee opinion survey (like the one I discussed on the webinar) for one of your company locations for FREE (we normally charge $1,500 per location for these surveys and they’re a steal at that price). I will personally review the results with you (modesty prohibits me from putting a value on this, but let’s just agree that it is a lot). Here’s the rules:

1. This offer is good for the month of July, 2010 only (data collection can occur later if that’s an issue).
2. The survey data must be collected via our online portal (paper-pencil survey administration is also available at $5 per survey entered).
3. You must solemnly swear to communicate the survey results to your employees using my simple guide and take at least 1 concrete action to improve things based on the feedback you get in your survey meetings. Trust me, it won’t hurt a bit. It might even feel good…
